News and Events

    Hello, December!

It's nearly December and that means the holidays are upon us. While we're not quite ready to break out the Bing Crosby, we're not shy about bringing a little festivity to the shop. With everything all tied up in bows, we're ready to ring in the holidays with this week's tastings of holiday and winter-ready wines. From full-bodied French reds from Bordeaux and the south of France, to a trio of natural wines, including one of our favorite pét nats from the Loire valley, along with a diverse selection of Spanish wines, you're guaranteed to find something you'll love.

  • In-store Tasting

    Thursday, December 1st 6-8 p.m.

Raphaelle from Ripe Wine Co. takes us to France and will be pouring two full-bodied reds, Chateau de Puybarbe Côtes de Bourg and Chateau Gasqui Côtes de Provence Rouge, perfect for these chilly December nights!

  • In-store Tasting

    Friday, December 2nd 6-8 p.m.

On Friday, we travel from the Loire Valley to the Languedoc as David from Louis/Dressner shares some of our favorite French natural wines: Domaine Mosse Moussamoussettes, Hervé Villemade Cheverny Rouge, and Yannick Pelletier St. Chinian.

  • In-store Tasting

    Saturday, December 3rd 6-8 p.m.

From Verdejo to Monastrell and good ol' Tempranillo, Bill from Verity joins us to pour a selection of Spanish wines: Martinsancho Rueda, Vermell Tinto and Pesquera Crianza.
